Therapy at Blossom Counseling Center

Care That Is Rooted, Intentional, and Personalized

Therapy at Blossom Counseling Center is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based care and shaped by the belief that growth happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported. Sessions are collaborative, non-judgmental, and tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.

Rather than rushing the process, therapy here creates space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and build practical tools you can carry into everyday life. Healing is nurtured at your pace—one intentional step at a time.

Therapeutic Support for You

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. By understanding how thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected, clients gain tools to respond to challenges in healthier, more effective ways. CBT is commonly used to support concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, OCD, anger management, disordered eating, and stress-related challenges.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides one-on-one support to explore personal challenges, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change. Sessions are fully customized, allowing space to process emotions, build self-awareness, and develop strategies that support growth and balance.

This approach is ideal for those seeking a private, focused, and flexible therapy experience.

Life Transitions Counseling

Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can disrupt stability and clarity. Counseling for life transitions supports individuals navigating changes such as relationship shifts, career changes, grief, identity exploration, faith transitions, or major life milestones.

The focus is on building resilience, clarity, and confidence during seasons of change.

Telehealth Therapy

Telehealth therapy offers secure, virtual sessions for clients who prefer or need remote support. This option provides flexibility and accessibility while maintaining the same level of care, intention, and connection as in-person therapy.

All that’s needed is a private space and a reliable internet connection.

Therapy for Anxiety

Anxiety can show up as constant worry, restlessness, tension, racing thoughts, or physical symptoms that feel overwhelming. Therapy for anxiety focuses on identifying triggers, regulating the nervous system, and building coping strategies that help restore a sense of calm and control.

Therapy for Depression

Depression can impact mood, motivation, energy, and self-worth. Therapy offers space to process emotional heaviness, understand contributing factors, and gently rebuild hope, connection, and a sense of meaning.

Support is compassionate, grounded, and paced to meet you where you are.

Therapy for Trauma

Trauma can leave lasting effects on the mind, body, and relationships long after an event has passed. Trauma-informed and trauma-focused therapy supports safe processing, emotional regulation, and healing without re-traumatization.

This work honors your pace and prioritizes safety, agency, and empowerment.

Women’s Issues Counseling

Women’s Issues Counseling addresses the unique emotional, relational, and societal challenges women face across different life stages. This may include stress, identity concerns, self-worth, boundaries, postpartum experiences, trauma, or relationship challenges.

Therapy offers a supportive space to reconnect with yourself and strengthen resilience.

If your insurance is not listed above, services may still be available as an out-of-network provider. Please reach out to discuss this option.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.

Under federal law (No Surprises Act), healthcare providers must provide an estimate of expected charges to clients who are uninsured, self-pay, or not using insurance. This estimate outlines the anticipated cost of non-emergency services.

  • You may request a Good Faith Estimate at the time of scheduling or before services begin

  • Estimates are provided in writing at least one business day prior to services

  • If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge

  • A Good Faith Estimate is for informational purposes only and does not require commitment.
